RIMAYS operates RIMAYS QR. Questions, access requests, corrections, and deletion requests may be sent to privacy@rimays.com.

Information we process

We process account details received from RIMAYS Identity, links and QR settings you create, payment and access status, support messages, and limited usage records. Redirect analytics can include time, referrer, device category, country when available, and a salted hash of the network address.

Purposes and disclosure

We use data to authenticate users, provide and secure the service, enforce plan limits, process one-time payments through PayPal, prevent abuse, provide support, and improve reliability. We disclose only what is necessary to hosting, authentication, payment, security, and professional service providers, or when required by law. We do not sell personal data.

Retention and security

Basic analytics are retained for up to 30 days and Plus analytics for up to 12 months. Account and billing records are retained while needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud. We use access controls, encryption in transit, backups, and other technical and organisational safeguards.

Your choices

You may edit or delete links in the dashboard and request access, correction, export, or account deletion by email. Some records may be retained where legally required. Public destination sites have their own privacy practices.
