Payments and refunds

Plus and Pro are monthly subscriptions. Any promotional first month and the normal renewal price are shown before checkout. You can cancel future renewals from RIMAYS Billing.

You may request a refund for a first purchase within seven days by emailing billing@rimays.com. Renewal charges and partially used billing periods are normally non-refundable unless required by law or the service was materially unavailable. A full refund or reversal may end the related paid access. Approved refunds are returned through PayPal to the original funding method.

Include the account email, application name, payment date, and PayPal transaction reference. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
