Payments and refunds

Plus is a one-time purchase for 30 days. There is no automatic renewal or recurring charge. Access expires automatically unless you choose to pay again.

You may request a refund for a first purchase within seven days by emailing billing@rimays.com. Later purchases and partially used access periods are normally non-refundable unless required by law or the service was materially unavailable. A refunded or reversed purchase removes the corresponding 30 days of access. Approved refunds are returned through PayPal to the original funding method.

Include the account email, application name, payment date, and PayPal transaction reference. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
