Terms of use

These terms govern use of RIMAYS QR. You must be legally able to enter an agreement and provide accurate account information. Contact support@rimays.com with service questions.

Plans and payments

Basic is offered without charge. Each USD $10 one-time PayPal payment grants 30 days of Plus access. Plus does not renew automatically; access expires at the displayed date unless you make another payment, which adds another 30 days. Taxes and PayPal currency conversion may apply. Access may be reduced after a reversed or refunded payment. See our refund policy.

Your content and acceptable use

You retain responsibility for destinations and content. You grant RIMAYS the limited permission required to host, redirect, display, scan, and process them to operate and protect the service. Phishing, malware, impersonation, spam, unlawful content, deceptive redirects, infringement, and attempts to evade limits are prohibited. See our acceptable-use policy.

Availability and liability

QR codes and links depend on networks and third-party services. We may suspend links or accounts to protect users, comply with law, or maintain reliability. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability and RIMAYS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms with reasonable notice for material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, subject to mandatory consumer rights and the jurisdiction of competent Malaysian courts.
